Adedamola Aderogba

Adedamola is a seasoned businessman, an administrator of repute, business manager, business advisor and tax consultant. He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pristine Global Integrated Company Limited. Adedamola Aderogba was a senior partner at Omega Consult, an SME business advisory firm based in Victoria Island, Lagos. He has a wide range of experience in the area of Audit process, Tax Administration, Business Management & Investment Management. He obtained a B.Sc. in Sociology and a Diploma in Law from the Olabisi Onabajo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He also has a Certificate in Business and Finance at the prestigious Lagos Business School in Lekki, Lagos. He has been involved in taking off so many small scale business entities in the area of Oil/Gas as well as Audit firms.
BabaTope Odubanjo (B.SC. M.SC. MCP)
Director (Business Development)
Babatope is a 1995 graduate of International Politics from the renowned University of Ibadan in Oyo State. Later moved to the United Kingdom where he obtained a masters degree in 1999 from the London Metropolitan University, specializing in Public Administration and Foreign Policies of Super Powers. Earlier work experiences include Prudential Alliance UK, Electronic Data Services UK, Warner Brothers Europe and Siemens Nixdorf Europe. He has been involved in various mergers, acquisitions and total takeover of disadvantage companies both in Nigeria, West Africa sub region. He is Presently Chairman of Saville Express International as well as Executive Director Icadolth Limited and Empowerment House Limited
Kolawole Babatunde Lawal
Financial Controller
Kolawole is a chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in various sectors such as Audit & Assurance, Manufacturing, Trading, Financial and Service rendering sectors. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Management (AMNIM). A graduate from Yaba College of Technology, with Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2000 and also an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). Currently, he is a director in Diamhedge Consulting Limited.

Operations Manager
A professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in Operations and Business management. He specializes in overseeing business operations through exceptional planning, organizing, leading and controlling. His expertise lies in orchestrating projects to optimize operational efficiency. He is responsible for high-level tasks, working closely with CEOs, including managing business operations, customer support, client relations, projects, startups and strategies to enhance business growth.
Tobechukwu Benjamin
Engineer
A graduate of Civil Engineering and a Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Tobe brings 7year of building experience to deliver cutting edge structural services and design solutions. His dynamism in keeping abreast with the fast evolving trends ensures each new project delivered is better than the last. Tobe is a graduate of Anambra State University where he obtained his B.Eng. in Civil Engineering. He has held senior supervisory roles as a builder in Project Developments.
John Olagoke Olaku
Engineer
Technically adept, multi cultural Civil/Structural Engineer and PMI certified senior Project Manager, possessing over 10years’ experience from tender to construction, commissioning of multimillion-Naira large scale project. Has delivered large scale projects ranging from Residential Developments, commercial developments, road projects etc.
Proven ability to negotiate favorable commercial terms and train suppliers, drive H&S compliance and quality, expertly manage budgets and develop new site opportunities. Hands-on project manager who maintain excellent communication with internal and client stakeholders throughout every project phase.
